What happens if I want a refund?

If you are eligible for a refund and you have paid via Afterpay, then it’s easy. You simply email us here at House of Troy for a refund, once approved, we will then cancel your order on Afterpay and the amount you have paid up until that point will be deposited back into your account within 2-3 working days.

Is any money taken upfront?

To be eligible to use Afterpay you must have 25% of the funds upfront. The first 25% will be taken out of your nominated account as soon as you make your first purchase.

What if I can’t make payment?

You are required to pay your installments every 2 weeks. If you cannot make the payment you will acquire a late fee, this will be an initial $10 and a further fee of $7 if the payment is not made within 7 days.

Can I pay the full amount off straight away?

No, you must pay in installments.

Is Afterpay available to International customers?
